Topic: Super Mario Maker - OT

@IceClimbers: Roy is the only one missing.

So does this have any of the NSMB elements like:
-Rotating circular land
-Trampoline mushrooms
-Moving mushroom platforms
-Spike pillars
-Rope bridges
-Mesh
-Crushing block puzzles
-Giant wigglers / eels
-Falling meteors
-Or rolling spike balls?

@Grumblevolcano: Roy and Ryu don't seem to have costumes. Neither does Daisy.

You can make giant Wigglers yourself, but that's all.

@IceClimbers: Forgot about Ryu, Daisy doesn't count as she doesn't have an amiibo.

@Grumblevolcano: Still, you'd think she would get a costume anyways. The fact that you can play as the Wii Balance Board but not Daisy in a Mario game is pretty humorous if ask me.

Oh geez, turns out Magikoopa can cause the Axe in the Castle theme to vanish. I wonder if he can do the same to the Flagpole. xD

It's in GameXplains 1-Hour live stream from last week, I forget when exactly you see it. But they finally uploaded it to Youtube today.

....I wished I could listen to the editing music, seems like they only uploaded the SMB Overworld one. Everything else seems to be fan made, go figure. TwT

I didn't even know you could buy the digital version through Amazon. I bought through the E-Shop. So how do you get the book and what exactly is it?

@DiscoGentleman: You should, Amazon gives you a download code, which is basically the same as buying it on your Wii U, without adding in money to the console.

Not that I'm getting it digitally, but are you able to still pre-load the game?

@Megumi: Yes, Amazon gives out the download code 72 hours before the release so you can pre-load.

Customers who pre-order "Super Mario Maker" will be sent their codes on 9/8/15 (72 hours prior to launch). When you receive and redeem your code, your game will pre-load on your device so you can begin play immediately on launch day (9/11/15).

Kinda wished they started this pre-load stuff a long time ago. xp

I thought that's exactly what the e-shop did too? I downloaded the game and it's on my start up screen. If you select it to try and play it, a message will come up just saying the game isn't released yet.

Also, I live in California so I'll get the game at 9pm (my time) and I requested that Friday off so I plan on playing it all night.
