Topic: Loading home menu problem

I got SSB4 Wii U for Christmas had to turn the console off so I pressed the for the menu and closed the game, but now the menu is stuck loading. I don't know what to do, does anyone know of a way to fix this?

Just wait for it to finish loading I guess.

It's been like this for 20 minutes, I doubt it'll load...

I didn't explain it very well, it's stuck on the home menu loading screen.

Yeah, I think the system's frozen. I think you should just force shut down the console with the power button.

... I really hope I don't lose my downloaded games.

I've got the disc game, but I've also got a memory hard drive in my Wii U, should I unplug it first? Do you know if that will do anything?

Turned off the console, smash bros is very messed up now, I'm going to delete it's save data.
