I would be even more glad if the European was released approximately at the same time as the Japanese release.
It's still just scheduled for ''2015'', right? As long as it's coming during the first half of 2015 I won't complain.
Actually it has been slated for a 2nd Half release since the Twitter pic showing off the schedule. It's just made worse by having the NA release in Febuary
Everything can change, but I'm never changing who I am
I'll make this easy:
Japan: January
North America: February
Europe: Second Half of 2015
Oh darn I don't mind the wait but why release the game at different times? Surely if the game is finished it makes more sense to release it at the same time? I can understand a delay between Japan and the rest of the world for localization etc but I can't see a reason for a delay of that length between North America and Europe.
If I had to guess, I'd assume it's because Captain Toad comes out in Europe in January, so they can afford to save a space later in the year for Kirby.

Ah I see thank you I didn't know North America got it slightly earlier than Europe. Amazon are stating the 2nd of January for Toad shame as I would have liked it as a Christmas gift.
AFAIK, Europe always get's Kirby games later than the rest of the world. They probably wouldn't even have it in the Direct if it wasn't mentioned in the other directs. Not that I like Kirby games (never really liked them), so this delay doesn't really concern me.
I just hope NoE could freshen out the release schedule. Now they have nothing dated after Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, which comes out in January. Hopefully, Nintendo has a Direct on January to announce some more dates, at least Yoshi's Woolly World, Splatoon and Project Giant Robot would need dates. The "one game a month" policy is great, but it really needs to be just that.

Mario Maker is also a first half 2015 release according to the NoA preliminary schedule, that would need a more specific release window for NoE. Personally, I guess there might be a Direct in December, like they had the last years.
