KH2 still had sephiroth, but WHAT A PUSHOVER he was
It also had the Olympus Colosseum like the first one, but that was too easy also
For some reason I thought they seemed easier too, I don't think that colosseum enemies were easier (well maybe Yuffie) I think it was just easier because Sora can do so much more compared to the original KH (limits, reflect, and other new abilities and such).

I was planning on waiting a while to get a Wii U, probably after a price drop (doesn't have to be an official price drop) and catching up on Wii, GC, Wii VC and Wiiware games I need but this may persuade me to get it earlier as the reason I hadn't played any of the KH games was because of the way they are all connected and earlier ones aren't available on Nintendo consoles and I'm not going to play all 5 games on the collection consecutively so it would be a good idea not to wait too long to get this collection.
The rumor says nothing about a collection, just so you know.
True, the article doesn't say anything about a collection of the games, but it seems ridiculous that every single game would be released for retail as separate, updated titles. I could see the games being released separately as digital downloads only, but if Tetsuya Nomura really wants to focus the series' story, then what would be the point of separating the games instead of throwing them together in a unified compilation?

Well they're not doing that, they're compiling several Kingdom Hearts into one with a HD makeover....just like how Trilogy compiled the 3 Primes into one with Wii controls. (2 of them anyway, since the third already had it, but whatever, lol)

I heard there's a cutscene at the start of DDD that helps you catch up with the rest of the series. I remember looking at the website for the original KH and thinking 'Why did I never play this?'
If this is true..........Think the reaction of Nintendo 64 Kid combined by the happiness of Nyan Cat's face and mutliply by 9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 and you're on the right track about how happy I'll be

You know how unpractical it is for them to release several different games? They wouldn't make more money, they would make less. No one wants to buy more than one remake. Saying "its not confirmed that its a collection" is pretty dumb. Its obvious that this (if its even real) will be a compilation of multiple games on one disc.
You underestimate the KH Fanbase by a very wide margine. You also seem to think they'll lowball the price if they sell them individually, which they wouldn't need to do if they do indeed add new stuff to them.
@Emann1
Q. How big is the Kingdom Hearts fanbase?
A. VERY. VERY. BIG.
Some people love KH so much they'd be more than willing to buy the collection and play those games all over again.
