Topic: Kingdom hearts 3 is the only thing i want from the other consoles :(

That doesn't mean everyone else is like you. If there is a game that I want badly enough, then I will buy a console or handheld just to play it. And along the way, you will likely find other games that you'll enjoy on said console. I bought a PSP just to play Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, and I discovered so many other awesome games in the process.

What I don't get is that Square gives Nintendo spinoffs of the series...but no on the main games. Not even the HD remixes. :c (never played KH2 either)

Cool I guess. While all three systems I planned to get any way I;ve already seen one game from all three that would warrent a purchase.

I hate Kingdom Hearts for this reason. They are never consistent with the platforms for the games. For example, the games came out in this order: PS2, GBA, PS2, DS, PSP, DS, DS, 3DS, and now PS4 and XboxOne. At least this one is multiplatform. I honestly don't understand the logic behind this decision.

This is THE reason I'm getting a PS4 (and I probably won't get it until the game comes out). I was upset when I found out it's almost certainly not going to be on a Nintendo console but I've grown to accept it. Just like with the PSP, Kingdom Hearts is forcing me to purchase a Sony system. Oh well. As mentioned before, even when you get a system for one game, a whole new slew of games are opened to you.

From my understanding, Kingdom Hearts exists to makes fans as confused as possible.

In more ways then one. I watched a YouTube video explaining the KH plot thoughout all the games, and I left even more confused about the whole convoluted idea.

The Wii U and Vita have much smaller install bases compared to the PS3's install base, so that's probably why the HD Remixes aren't coming out on those. But Nintendo handhelds have a much larger install base.

However, the fact that the HD Remixes aren't coming out for the Xbox 360 is bizarre. I can see Xbox 360 versions of the Remixes not coming out in Japan (like how KH3 will come out for the Xbox One regardless of whether the console will come out in Japan on time and be popular enough for KH3 to be on both consoles in Japan), but to skip other regions is a stupid business decision. There are many 360 owners who have never played a Kingdom Hearts game that would probably pick up the HD Remixes if it came out for the Xbox 360. But now if a person who games mainly on Xbox consoles were to play KH3, they would have no clue what the hell is going on because the HD Remixes weren't released on the Xbox 360.

Now THAT makes no sense.
