I got an email saying I had requested to delete my account,but I didn't file any kind of request.Now it's deleted.Anyone know what to do?

OK,I called them and they told me what to do to make a new account and get funds added back so I can purchase all of my old eShop games(when an account is deleted,so are the eShop games you purchased with it).
