Yeah, that surprised me too. It probably has something to do with the story. I have also seen footage where Gorons fight on Links side.

Also: Looking at the Princess Ruto artwork. I always thought she was naked, but now it seems she does wear a dress of some sort. Maybe they changed that for this game?

Oh, and hellllo Deku tree and Deku sprout!

So far we've gotten Ocarina of time, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword representations with characters, levels, and weapons and I'm guessing either Majora's Mask or Wind Waker will be next, but I wonder if they'll put in any representation from the 2-D games like a Link to the Past or the Oracle games. I'd like to see Din as a character.

Here the thing: For each game representation they gave Link and Zelda a costume. But they technically can't for Majora's Mask or Wind Waker.

Majora's Mask because Link is only a child, and Zelda technically doesn't appear
Wind Waker because Link and Zelda are a "toon" versions.

It's entirely possible for exceptions though, which might be why they gave us the other three game first.

Majora's Mask is unlikely to get its own skins, but for Wind Waker, they could conceivably do "realistic" designs based on those models.

Would have mixed reception though.

If they can do Ruto as an adult then they can do Wind Waker but I'm not holding my breath on it. Would be nice to see though.

Oh my god yes. Top on my wishlist is now Groose and Yuga.

Well game is 20 days away from releasing in Japan. I half-expect a HW ND next weekend.

So it's safe to say that the game is completely finished at this point. I hope they accomplished a lot during that final month.

Wow, that was incredible timing on my part.

Typically, a game is finished three weeks before release. Also, a game typically ends development and moves into bug fixing three months before release.

My experience has been there are always features being updated/added until the day before submission lol

Darunia is fighting AGAINST Zelda. Right now Zelda is the enemy. Does this confirm the villains playable?

From what I could tell, it's not the real Zelda. Someone is masquerading as her.
