To be honest, I'm pretty sure all of the game footage provided by Nintendo except Palace of Twilight at E3's treehouse has been on easy difficulty too. On Normal and Hard difficulties, common enemies actually attack you.
That would certainly explain why it looks so easy to play in those videos. I'm currently playing on Normal.
The hard part for me wasn't getting killed (even though I died more than a few times) but rather losing the battle either by the enemy taking over my base or an important ally getting killed.
The most aggravating part is the level where Ganondorf attacks Hyrule Castle. You have to beat both Link and Zelda within a short window or else they're back to full health. Doesn't help that they both immediately head to my base and can capture it pretty quickly.

But, that's what you'd want to do if you were Link attacking Ganon

It's dangerous to go Alone.
It's not just me then, is your code by any chance A05SRU6P1LBNU3UJ?
It isn't, no. Have you done anything about it yet? E-mailed them earlier. Not sure what else there is to do. I was going to get the DLC bundle pack which I think includes it so it' not much of an issue, but that's not the point.

I bought the game in a store so I'm heading back tomorrow to ask for a new code, just really hope that the costumes are available on the eshop at some point (don't think they'll be part of the confirmed packs announced so far).
Can't wait! Can't wait! ...Did I mention I can't wait?

I completed the story mode, very fun and I'm sure Adventure mode and getting all the collectibles will be great too. A few issues though are there were a few large frame drops in areas with large number of enemies and a boss, they also missed a perfect opportunity to include Groose as a playable character. Can't wait to find out what the DLC is!
I guess its a experiment well done. Its pretty fun, even if it is just a button-masher. Zelda bosses, items, different playable characters, lots of fan-service. The game looks nice enough, though the textures could have been better. Music isn't that bad. They fit the game, though I am not a Rock fan. Cutscenes are nice. Lots of content. Not bad at all. A nice snack before the next true Zelda arrives.
Anybody in the US actually see this advertised in print anywhere? I was happy to see the front 2 page ad in Gameinformer magazine, and the tv commercial actually being on tv blew my mind, but not a single flyer in the Sunday paper had a picture of it and I looked at all the major retailers ads. So now I'm wondering if it will be difficult to find, or I can hit enough stores on Tuesday and somebody will break the street date since Tuesday is the normal video game release day? If I do manage to get it early I promise not to cheat online, sell it on eBay or post spoilers on Youtube
Someday we'll find it
