I only have a WiiU for this generation, and while I don't have any games that would normally sell me on a console, I'm willing to put all my hope in SPLATOOOOOOOOOOOON and Xenoblade X as THE system-sellers.
PS4 and XBone simply have nothing going for them that'd make me even consider a purchase in the slightest, just like their predecessors.
That's all I game on, and Wii U is still my primary gaming machine. All I have for Xbox One is Dead Rising 3, Titanfall, Tomb Raider, Halo MC Collection, and a handful of indie games from Games with Gold. I have more games for my Wii U, so it is my primary, and I mostly got an Xbox One for exclusives. For the record, the market is still abundant of cross-gen games, which aren't all that worth hyping up, IMO.
EDIT: Also, I think Xbox One getting Windows is going to be THEE s***. I've been wanting them to do that since Xbox 360, and I think it will open alot of opportunities for Xbox One, that people who own the console can really benefit from.
If time and money wasn't an issue I'd have all 3 but being a husband and father of 3 limits both time and money. I'm only going Nintendo this gen and here on out. I'm more then happy with the amount of games and how quickly/slowly they come as it gives me more then enough time to try and catch up.
3DS and PC only. I will only 'need' a Wii U in terms of the current consoles. I have plenty of Wii, Gamecube, N64 games I've never completed. As I'm sure all of you do too.
I have a Wii U and a 3DS. I plan to get a PS4 next year for Arkham Knight and Uncharted 4. I also want to upgrade to the New 3DS when it comes to NA. I might get an XB1 some time down the road after a redesign.... but that's not a priority.
I have Steam on my laptop.... but I only have it to buy games like Tropico and Civilization. So it doesn't really count.
Although I've been tempted to buy another console. Those moments pass. I only own a wiiu. I also game on my 3ds but that's secondary. I have far too many games to play on wiiu between the eshop and vc..I'm very happy to stick with Nintendo..

Just a Wii U myself although I'm hoping I can get a PS3 or PS4 for Persona 5 when that comes out (depends on the wife's disapproval of me owning two consoles!)

I have a PC which is new, can run all the modern games and I love it but my Wii U is still probably my primary gaming device. At least in the sense that when I list the games I want to get next year for the platforms I tend to game on:
Wii U:
Zelda
Splatoon
Captain Toad
Yoshi's Wooly World
Kirby and the Rainbow Curse
X, maybe, not really my sort of game but I'll give it a chance
I have Wii U and 3DS only this gen.. and I don't play PC..
Last gen I only have PS3, and I never bought Nintendo's console after NES. I don't know what is happening to me, the money was supposed to be used for buying PS4, and Mario Kart 8 bundled stroke my head, and I only played previous Mario Kart few times.. I do enjoy Mario games when I was a child.
Unless a solid line-up of JRPGs are announced for PS4 exclusive, the Wii U will remain my only home console for this generation.
But I also own a PC, a 3DS, and a Vita. Don't really do any PC gaming, but my PC is new and significantly more powerful than a PS4/XB1, so I could use it for gaming if I wanted to.
As for the 8th generation, 3DS, Vita and Wii U. So Wii U is my only 8th generation console and I couldn't be happier. PS4/Xbox One don't have that many interesting exclusives yet and a good amount of the 3rd parties can also be played on PS3. I'm more interested in the Steam Machines if I can get one for a decent price.
I have some older retro systems but other than that, yes, my Wii U is my only gaming console. I am getting more and more tempted to buy a PS4 however. I'm really feeling the string in regards to lack of mature titles. I wish more games like ZombiU and Bayonetta 2 had been released for Wii U. I honestly believe the Wii U is one of the greatest gaming consoles of all time. It's just not living up to it's full potential yet. That may change. We'll see.
