Topic: Headsets for Wii U

Up until no I've just been using cheap headphones that came with my phone in the GamePad's jack... and I feel it's time to upgrade since I hate those things.

So, does anyone have any recommendations of headsets that are compatible with the Wii U (or specifically for it)?
I've done a bit of research on other sites, but I'm hitting wall since I'm not in a position to drop too much money on a wireless headset.
So basically: does anyone know of a good headset for the Wii U that won't destroy the wallet of a college student?

Any headset with a inline mic 3.5mm jack will work on the Wii U. So basically you have A LOT of options to choose from. As for me, my current headset of choice is the Sony Pulse Elite because I have a PS3 so the headset works for both consoles

I just use this $5 Wii U branded headset I got from 5ive Below lol. There's only like 2 games that allow voice chat so I've hardly used it.
