Topic: E-shop question Europe only

I know on the 20th April you can no longer register surveys on club Nintendo.
Do you get stars for downloading Wii games from the E-shop and how much can you get from them.

I had 250 stars for Metroid Trilogy.

I got 250 stars for SMG2 and DKCR, oddly nothing for Metroid Prime Trilogy.

EDIT: Nevermind, I just got my Metroid Prime Trilogy survey.

Thank you both I only just got a Wii U last month.

What I want to know is why I never got anything for Tekken Tag Tournament (Wouldn't have bought it otherwise).

Arkham City is in the same position though oddly enough Arkham Origins gives 250 stars.

1) Can any games for Wii be downloaded anytime and obtain a product registration for 250 stars and a download bonus 250.
2) Also if you download a game but cancel the download can it be downloaded again safely from the e-shop. I don't have an external hard drive, but I still do have plenty of space on the Wii U

I just download 1 game two days ago, it didn't take much space and was happy to finally play it. I was planning on buying 1 more.

2) Yes, all that matters is that you have enough space to purchase the game.

That's interesting I downloaded a game I never had and got a registration for 250 stars and an extra 250 stars as a download bonus for the same game.
I began to wonder if downloading was similar to the Wii because I could re-download games.

I asked Nintendo about stars for 3rd party games because I noted that Scram Kitty was the only one I didn't get any for. They said it was down to the publisher and some participated in the scheme and some didn't, so that probably explains why Arkham and Tekken didn't get any stars.

I have no idea what is going on with this I am still getting stars for digital but trying to register a 2014 game code and it is saying it is expired.

I found lots of DS cards with expired stars on them recently - I'd put them away and forgotten about them
