This game is pretty broken, but I got it for $7 on an eShop sale. The combat works, but the platforming can be iffy, and the backgrounds look more interactive than they should be.
There's a lot of things about it from a narrative perspective that make no sense - like the platforming elements. I don't understand why they felt the need to have a Zelda-like dungeon exploration game with a story that doesn't really fit. And the skills system is about as relevant as Ninja Gaiden 3s: in most cases you'll be repeating the same one or two attacks - I'm a fan of Warriors Orochi and Samurai Warriors 3, so that doesn't bug me too much, though. It's on sale for ten quid today so I'll be picking it up regardless!
