Apparently, there seems to be a remake(?) of Another World published by Nintendo, called "Another World, 20th Anniversary Edition" (I never played the original). What I don't get is what the 20th Anniversary is referring to, since the SNES game is from 1992?

I played AW in 1991 when it originally released on the awesome Amiga 500... You could say this is its 23rd anniversary

It's probably a port of the 20th Anniversary Edition that came out on iOS and Android 3 years ago.

Ahhh, so it's not really a Nintendo title but an eShop title that Nintendo registered themselves. I now saw that "Out of This World - 20th Anniversary Edition" is a known upcoming title in "All upcoming eShop games" thread, that's probably the game:
