I honestly dont get why so many people overreact with this. The dude is telling you his name is Error, iirc you have to go back to him later in the game someone tells you to go speak to Error or something along those lines. If you didnt learn at that time that his name was Error you wouldn't know to go back to him later. Its that simple. I wish people would just get over it and stop acting like its some kinda of big mystery.
