@NEStalgia Weird indeed. No spinning on these officially licensed drives, though, if I can assume that mine is behaving as it should, just lighting up in a rather modest fashion, not as bright as when it's actively doing something, such as being busy for several hours, downloading Battlefield 1...

@ThanosReXXX Yeah, the lights are different between the 2.5" and the 3.5" drive. The 2.5" has the thin line for a light. The 8TB hub has a Seagate logo that lights up to full, but pulses in a slow fade in and out during read/write. Why you'd want to advertise to the world in lights that you bought a Seagate, I don't know, but there it is.

Yeah, what I definitely am expecting at X018 is "World Premiere" type things for some 3rd parties. They make a bid deal of that at E3 (DMC5, Just Cause 4, etc.) Things that will also be on PS4 and/or Switch, but you "see it at XBox first." Sony did that sort of thing first, but MS has kind of perfected the formula. Maybe because they're not moneyhatting kickstarts when they do it.

@DarthNocturnal For me that would be Stubbs the Zombie. Still got that OG Xbox Classic installed on my Xbox 360, but it isn't compatible with the Xbox One (yet), so it's not on my "Ready to Install" list, if I go there on my Xbox One.

As for AoE: that most definitely would add up, seeing as it would be a new IP on the Xbox One, so whatever that series has done on other platforms is kind of irrelevant. And personally, I would love to see an Age of Empires game on the Xbox. Not the smart device version, though, because those are far inferior to the original games.

@DarthNocturnal Oh, don't get me wrong: I'm not saying it's new (although it would be a first for the Xbox), but it is one of the titles rumored, and seeing as you asked about that...

@DarthNocturnal I don't know that an AOE port would require a keyboard/mouse though. I'd think they'd give it the Halo Wars treatment and make it playable by controller but best with mouse. It's been, what, 20 years? I'd love to explore those classics a new way.

Wow, I'm glad your outage issue was resolved. No idea what's up with XBox's online services this past 5 weeks or so. It's rare that Nintendo is the good one (scheduled outage yesterday, didn't even last the full hour and a half, though I still don't like that Nintendo is the only platform with "scheduled maintenance outages" at all
