Sonic 06 is the equivalent to the high standard of AAA gaming these days. They know no different

Probably though the comments section does include plenty of "favourite Sonic game" comments.

I didn't have any Sega consoles when I was a kid, so the first Sonic games I had were the Sonic 1 and 2 Tiger handhelds.

The first actual Sonic game I owned was the PC version of Sonic & Knuckles.

Well, I'm going to Gamestop tomorrow to see if I'll get lucky and get a Ness amiibo (I know, I know. I'm being dillusional), so I'll probably get a points card and download the Sonic 1 3D classic, seeing as how it's on sale.

I actually remember really enjoying Sonic R on my computer years ago. I still have it, I should re-install it and give it another go!

...As for Sonic's Schoolhouse, that game just creeps me out to no end. It actually caused me to think up an entire school themed horror game involving poor PC graphics and playing the midi guitar fret noise at a low note, among many other things. I can't be the only one freaked out by that guitar fret noise, can I?!?!

Got the 3D Classic version of Sonic 1 a couple days ago. If I'm gonna celebrate, it may as well be with what started it all.
