Topic: Rhythm Punch-Out?

So I was playing the Rhythm Thief demo on my 3DS and I was on the one where you have to fight all the soldiers and then I got an idea.

What if there was a rhythm Punch-Out style game? I know that Punch-Out's gameplay kinda follows a rhythm, but what if it was a full fledged rhythm game, showing when to press the buttons and stuff? I know it would be easy, but they should have more button presses and stuff to make it not so easy!

What do you think?

An interesting idea, though I feel like it would fit better as a mini game in, say, Rhythm Heaven, rather than a full game.

I'm not entirely sure how something like Metroid or Zelda would work. All of them would have to essentially be on rails though, Bit.Trip RUNNER style.
