Temporary 360 exclusive fail! Microsoft bought temporary excluisve status for a game that won't even be done until the multi-platform release date!
They'll still release the game, it just won't have multiplayer.
Yeah, wasn't that the point of Microsoft locking up the exclusivity of that game for the Summer of Arcade? One of the biggest selling points of that game was supposed to be the online co-op. I was thinking about getting it on my 360 but after seeing this I will probably just pick it up for my PS3 instead.
@Mickeymac: WolfRamHeart got my meaning...the point is that Microsoft is going to have an incomplete game released early, with the main selling point not yet available.
@The Fox: No, Tomb Raider isn't even in the title this time. This coincides with the change in gameplay. It'd damn well better not be as buggy as TR: Underworld, though.

CP farming on Gran Pulse = farming the King Behemoth/Magisotherian(sp?) battle near the save point/mission 17 (??) warp point....it's right near the cave you take to continue onward with the storyline....liek 7k per battle and it's a pre-empt/they're-already-fighting battle...that one got me enough status upgrades to continue onward...don't forget Sentinels early on to simply survive rough attacks, and RAV+RAV+RAV if possible for fast combo counter building (COM+RAV+RAV, switch to RAV+RAV+RAV, then back...tends to be a good way to get large combo-guage enemies up quickly.) You really won't need to grind that much...the game's CP pacing, starting virtually right now, is excellent--you could prob run straight through and have enough stats to beat it without any extra grinding imo.
Played quite a lot of Catan online last night - it's got a pretty good online system in place. It's still such a cheap-looking game, and I would rather have shelled out $20 for a really good quality version of the game, but for under $10, it's decent online multiplayer... even if I suck at it, lol.
Even if it were, I wouldn't get them. I distictly recall the PS2 versions, especially of Splinter Cell, being the worst out of all possible versions. I'd prefer a collection for the Xbox 360 or PS3, proveded they're at least as spiffied up as the Xbox versions.
@Mickeymac: They've proven that they're not against adding some interesting features to the Classics HD series...The Sly Collection has Move support, for example. So I see no reason they couldn't beef up the quality of the Splinter Cell games. And hopefully fix the bugs in Prince of Persia while they're at it...Warrior Within was full of them!

@Axeloth.... yes you can, but do sync you trophies quite frequently, all you do is go to you profile pic and click X. It keeps it from having to update too many trophies at once.
@Mickey.... I played most all my Splinter Cell on XBOX myself but I did play the original on PS2 as well and it played exactly the same from what I can remember. I loved the games myself, and Im really hoping that last game makes its way over to PS3 as the rumors have it.

You can earn Trophies offline, and they'll collect on your PS3 no problem. If something happens to your PS3, though, you may lose them all. The way to prevent this is to sign into PSN and sync them with the Playstation servers.

Ooooooh, I get it. I plan on keeping it connected most of the time anyway, but it's nice to now I can earn trophies while playing offline should the need arise. Then again it would be pretty stupid if I had the trophies for completing, say chapter 1-9 and 11 in FF XIII, but missing the trophy for completing chapter 10, and then I would have to play through the whole game over again after I'd already finished it, just to get that trophy. D:

I have a problem too. Bought Uncharted 2nd hand ages ago. Got the challenge medals for them but the Trophies haven't popped up...is it a problem with 2nd hand PS3 games or is it pretty common?
