I'm applying for another job!
I also have a good chance at getting it.
I'll be getting paid like 300-400 Euro Per week so I'll have that HDTV within two weeks.
I'm looking at some HDTV's at Argos right now.

There's so many of them and I don't what I should aim for IF I get this job. lo
Anyone recommend one to me?
My room is not big at all. I want pure HD,1080p. lol
Then there's the refresh rate. lol What about those?

I haven't ever been a big fan of Tomb Raider games,even on the PsOne. But man Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light looks amazing, anyone going to purchase it when it releases? I'm thinking about it.

@odd.... as a major fan of the series on ps one its possible i might. Ill wait for some feedback before i pay 15 bucks for anything. Its going to release a couple of weeks later on psn as Microsoft has bought a timed release on it as well.

Timed releases...grr.

Oh, well...I suppose it beats PERMANENTLY exclusive content like the DLC for Underworld. Not that I ever played Underworld at all due to all the bug reports that as far as I know have never been fixed. I sure hope this game is programmed better.

@Stuff.... yeah apparently one of those bugs is why i got stuck in game and havent been able to get out of a level. I loaned the game out but Ill prob pick it back up at some point and try to get around it.

Anyone downloaded that PsP/PS3 mini Young Thor??? It's awesome. It plays like if God of War was made into a 2D platformer.Very simple and stylish combat, its unique for sure. Almost reminded me of Wiiware's NyxQuest: Kinderd Spirits, but like a billion times better. Im playing it on my PS3 in HD and it looks great. Not bad for 5 bucks.

I am very excited about the feeling of going from a old SDTV to a 1080p HDTV.
I just can't stop thinking about it. lol XD

@ odd... sweet. Its so hard to find info on these psp minis. After being really impressed with monsters stole my princess probably, age of zombies and fieldrunners i wonder how many of these little games are really good and have no idea about.

I'm looking at TV stands so I can try fit in the PS3 and 360.
I am also probably gonna make myself a shelf for games I've bought for the PS3 and 360. lol
It's very exciting.

We're getting two more tables for Zen Pinball. The Mars table has already been released in EU so I'm sure we'll get it soon in the US. There's also going to be a Paranormal table which sounds cool.

I finally started playing PixelJunk Eden yesterday. It's such a fun and unique game! I can tell it's gonna get frustrating at the later levels. It sucks falling all the way down to the bottom with the time running out.

@SilentJ.... yep and I think its the Freebie for PSN+ next Tuesday as well. I cant wait to get another table. I really cant wait to see the reaction of all the people out there who arent big pinball junkies at how incredible the game is with the DLC. Its simply fantastic.

I may potentially be among them, Slappy. No way I'm paying for that game straight up, but if it's on PS+, I'll at least give it a shot...it may surprise me. Which is the precise value I see in PS+ in general, of course. It's built for people who want to try stuff out without paying for it individually. Works great for games you pass up at release.

Huge understatement. I loved the game for the first half at least. Absolutely loved it. But around the third-to-last level (of the original game; I have the encore pack, too, but don't remember it well, having barely played it) I started to feel the urge to hunt down the developers and hurt them.

I resisted though.

I'm impressed with the mini's myself, I also recommend Freekscape. The puzzles are VERY challenging and the platforming is good. It was worth my money

Remind me, did Sly 2 have much stealth? I don't remember much because i traded it in about 5 years ago.

@Slappy: I've known all that since the game was announced last month. Okay, so I EXPECTED the 3 Plats without confirmation (because of how the God of War Collection worked), but the game showed up on GameStop.com at $40 immediately after the announcement, so the price info has been readily available.

Also, this looks pretty darned awesome. Which is funny, since I previously wasn't particularly looking forward to LBP2, but now I want to reserve the Collector's Edition.
