Anyone else hate buying new games but cannot play them due to having to complete another game?

I swear,I hate trying to complete games at the same time.
I like to get one out of the way before I move onto the next.

I got 5 games in one week and I just remembered I have FFXIII to complete.
I haven't even started on Ratchet And Clank PS3 due to this...lol

all on the shelf right now. I just started Bayonetta and Platinumed Borderlands but got a good bit of DLC left and still in deep in Dirt 2, with 3D Dot Heroes coming in what two weeks. Games (especially now with trophies to get) get longer and longer, and Im not complaining at all about it either lol.

If you have so much money that you buy games you don't play, I wouldn't mind taking some off your hands.

I am dying to play all my new games but I made myself a policy that I must get one game out of the way before I start a new game just to keep the immersion intact when I play a new game.

Also that was my christmas money I was saving but now i have no money left for quite sometime. lol

Super Street Fighter 4 is amazing by the way if you haven't picked the original SF4 up when it came out.
I must warn though,the online has alot of elite players so I would highly recommend getting some practice before going online.

Oh and the online is quite smooth.
I didn't find much lag during matches at all.

Oh and the Replay options to watch fights online is really amazing.
I can sit back with some food and drinks and just watch some experts pull off some amazing moves.
I'm really impressed with SSF4.

@sean... I keep finding great sales on games and that is how I racked up so many games. Buy one Get one Free is when I bought like 10 games. Heck Skate 3, God of War 3, After Burner Climax, Ff13, etc I still will be getting to at some point. Move future release as well...we don't have a lack of content that's for sure.

Yea Sony owns my wallet lately with all of these PSN sells plus i just bought Red Faction. 3d Dot Game Heroes is #1 on my buy list for sure, Im gonna get it launch day.Red Dead is also mine!! I finallly gave in and bought Pixel Junk Shooter, and boy am i glad i did, i love it.

Im very torn on White Knight Chronicles,I want to buy it but i keep buying other games.I guess i'll buy it when it price drops....

Been playing Quantum of Solace pretty heavily - love that game, even if the online is pretty much dead

Fairytale Fights is a good, fun game. I feel it's been unfairly criticised in the press, to be honest. Although it does have faults (the platforming sections are painful thanks to the camera perspective), the fighting, humour and visuals are good fun. As a budget game, I reckon it's pretty worth it. Wouldn't pay full price for it though.

@Odd... dude great fun the other night whooping Crawermax. That was seriously one of the hardest or really most nerve racking things ive done in gameing lol. Thank god he somewhat glitched or I dont think he would be possible to be beaten.

@Waltz.... aye man, me and you are in the same boat. I always seem to find a good time with games that arent suppose to be fun lol. I loved Bioshock for the PS3 when it is supposively horrible by most all sites. Ive been having a good time with Wolfenstein lately online with the whole 20 other people there are online. My buddy will be letting me borrow Quantum of Solace pretty soon and Im looking forward to playing it.

That was the hardest boss i have ever faced in my 20 plus years of gaming.Yea the glitch works great once we do it, I'd like to try again so we can atleast get a Light blue gun. When that sucker exploded guns everywhere, My jaw dropped LOL.

Oh yea got red faction in today been playing it , ill have some impressions soon.

@odd... yeah we got to try that one again. My brother said he wants in on it too lol. I didn't realize there were only like 8 pearlescent guns and 1 shield. I really don't think I can stop until I get one lol. If somehow I do find one I Will share lol.

I'm going to get my back tooth filled in because when I was eating something,the middle of it came off and it must be filled.

Last time I went to the Dentist,they had to restrain me and hold me down tight and then gas me because I kept kicking my legs and trying to get away.

I do feel better and feel good to go but I feel I will act immature again once he puts that needle or drill into my mouth.

I got a chance to play two of the new maps in modern warfare and both of the old maps. The two new ones are both really well made and one of them wich I can't remember the name of is made out the level on mw2 where your in the suburbs with the enemies dropping in by parachute. It's flat out amazing. The whole level can be traversed through the outside in the houses with the open center sections, but has different elevations so u can play the center. It's just incredible.

Then having crash and overgrown back is just Awesome.

Bailout is the name of the map you're thinking of, and I agree it's the best of the bunch. It's great for pretty much any mode,

@Fox... yeah that is it. I just went over 35 kills on Bailout and then Crash back to back lol. I think the most death I had was like 18, not too shabby considering yesterday was the first time ive played MW2 in months

So,,,what PS3 games would you consider must-buys? So far I'm interested in all 3 Ratchet & Clank games, Wipeout HD+the rest of PSN, Valkyria Chronicles, Demon's Souls, and the eventual Final Fantasy Versus XIII. I'll probably also get Metal Gear Solid 4 for collection purposes, but I doubt I'll ever play it. I'm also interested in getting Uncharted 2, Infamous, Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Folklore, Disgaea 3, Modnation Racers, and Motorstorm: Pacific Rift as possible rentals/cheap buys. I need 4 more current must buys and 6 more rentals/cheap buys before I can seriously consider getting a PS3.

Oh, and before you ask "what games do you like?", let me just say that I like pretty much all of them, but my tastes within those genres are rather particular. So just spit stuff at me, and I'll see if it interests me.

FFXIII, Star Ocean seems good from the 4 hours I put into it, Dante's Inferno if you're already through God of War 3.

Help needed:

I got some used PS2 games. Trying to play them on PS3, but even though I made an internal PS2 memory card and assigned it to slot 1, none of the games recognize it. I've used it before, I believe. I have other saves on it, but there is still a ton of free space. I tried assigning it to slot 2, and that of course didn't help. Anyone know what the dealio is?

This is pretty annoying. Going to have to start Dragon Quest 8 all over now. I don't want to have to leave the PS3 on all weekend for a marathon playthrough. I did that once playing MGS1 on PS2 because I didn't have a PS1 memory card. Ended up resetting on accident at the final boss.

@Mickey... scratch Killzone 2. Its not worth the hype its made out to be, I couldnt even force myself to finish the single player campaign. Uncharted and Uncharted 2 are both absolute MUST BUYS. Start with the original first as the seconds story takes off right where it leaves off. I promise you its one of the best single player games you will ever play. Heavenly Sword is a must play in my book and a PS3 exclusive. Motor Storm Pacific Rift is a Must Buy and not a rental. All 3 Ratchets are as well and definately not rentals. 3D Dot Heroes is a YOU HAVE TO BUY and comes out in 6 days. Disgaea 3 (I havent started yet) but some consider it a Must Buy. Eye Pet is a Must Buy for me as I was going to buy it and then found out its now going to be for Move so Im super stoked for it. Final Fantasy 13, God of War Collection, God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, HEAVY RAIN YOU CANT MISS, Little Big Planet, Ninja Gaiden Simga and Sigma 2, are all pretty much MUST BUYS. Ive gotten to most all of these so far with a few exceptions and those mostly havent came out yet OH... havent made it to Warhawk yet but several here like it alot too. There is enough exclusives to warrant a purchase, then you have PSN wich I could list another good 15 or so that are amazing.

.... for you Wii owning PS3 fans here, Im prob going to grab my shiny new Black Wii this weekend if I can convince my wife. Im not so sure as this oil spill may put me out of work for a bit, but I shall see what I can convice in her lol. Maybe getting some Wii online with you guys soon, as I dont think I had my Wii when i found this site.
