Topic: Is there a site that has printable gaming system skins?

In other words, the site would have either designs or blank templates that you print out then tape/glue over your handheld/console.

I brought this up before abut the 3DS...you have to buy the skins, but you can create custom-made ones. So, people on here recommended me Skinit.com. (though I haven't used it yet)
