I thought this would be a fun topic. If you had tons of extra money to spend on whatever games you want, what would you get and what would you prioritize beyond what you would buy now anyway.
I think for me at first I would focus on certain 3DS games I wanted but never got because other purchases made more sense to me (the N64 remakes, Smash Bros 3DS, FE Echoes, Warioware Gold and DQVII being the main ones that come to mind). After that, I'd try to get a decent Sega Dreamcast collection, because if there's any retro console I don't own but would want, it would be the Dreamcast, the definitive console that deserved better. (though I might hunt down the GCN version of Skies of Arcadia instead, since its apparently better)
And then after that, I'd probably buy a few dozen Switch games I've yet to buy that interest me. And then after that I'd guess I'd prioritize games I used to own but don't anymore on older systems along with certain other games I always wanted (especially on N64, Gamecube and Wii).
I'm not much for physical games these days, and tbh I have access to pretty much every game I'm interested in at this point.
That said, I would love CIB copies of the first 3 generations of Pokemon. I have third gen to some extent, although not to the best standard - but I've long discarded my boxes for gens 1 and 2.
Oneshot: World Machine Edition Collectors Edition because I love Oneshot, Federation Force because Prime 4, Zelda: Four Swords Adventure to play with friends, the Japanese Transformers ps2 game because Transformers, and the Megaman Legends trilogy because MegaMan and because Tron Bonne is $500 (although they're probably going to get a collection one day, I think).
I currently have over 300 games on my Switch wishlist so... all of those. And probably every first party Nintendo game on Switch because why not. And I'd get a PS5 Pro just for the heck of it and the 10 or so PS5 games I want.
Not games so much because I'm not huge on collecting physical copies of games. But if money was no object I'd certainly get into hardware. The obvious things like portable PCs, higher end desktop components and infrastructure and so on. But I think I'd also get into building myself some nice Arcade Cabinets with quality materials and also some racing sim setups
Again, the games themselves? A tiny expense compared to the cost of steel, leather, quality timber, high end silicon and high end displays......

An opinion is only respectable if it can be defended. Respect people, not opinions
Solatorobo, Persona 1 (PSX), Tron Bonne, Tail Concerto, Demikids (light&dark), Robopon cross, Silent Hill 1-3, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Clock Tower 2, Gotcha Force, Ogre Battle 64, Hunting Ground, Castlevania Legend, Rule of Rose, Kuon, Pokemon Explorers Sky, the 2 N64 Castlevanias, Blood Will Tell, R.A.D., Alundra 1-2, Arc the Lad Collection. Gonna stop here because I could keep gonna but it's long enough, and I didn't even included any games from Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, PC-Engine, and games that are Japan exclusives.
@Arcwave I distinctly remember seeing the Tron Bonne prices online when Sony almost shut down the PS3 store, so thankful I have a PS3 so I can own it in some form for cheap. Though it is ridiculous since they (or at least Tron Bonne and Legends 2) came out AFTER the PS4 and are still stuck on PS3 for some reason.
As much as I would like to get a bunch of older games I've never played, the Wii U put me off of traditional, stuck-to-the-TV gaming, and now the Switch has only enforced that. Notably, one of the series I most want to play but haven't is Mass Effect, and I actually own the trilogy on PS3, but I just can't bring myself to play it. I tried once, and the whole setup is just so clunky and time-consuming now. So I guess my answer is I would probably finally pop for a Steamdeck to play all those games that I also never play because I don't like playing on a PC as much.
Had I the funds (and a bigger house) I would pursue all those games and consoles I owned and loved as a kid and young adult, that I kept selling off to afford the next big thing. Atari VCS, Colecovision, NES, Master System, Genesis, SNES, Sega CD, Gameboy, Dreamcast… I had a bunch of games for each, that would cost a fortune to hunt down these days. So many games, just fond memories now. 😭
Just a few that come to mind: Pitfall 2 and Empire Strikes Back on Atari; GORF, Popeye, Q-Bert, and Jumpman Jr on Coleco; NES had too many to count, like Goonies, Silent Service, Kung Fu, Jaws, Mike Tyson’s Punch Out, Faxanadu, etc; R-Type, Rocky, and Ghostbusters on Master System; Genesis had Aero Busters and the original Revenge of Shinobi with the rip-off bosses; UN Squadron, that EVO game, and so many more on SNES; Batman and Jurassic Park on Sega CD… not all the big, major games that everyone knows, but oh so many into which I poured time and attention, alone or with friends or siblings.
It wasn’t until I started working full time that I started to retain some games, in the PS1/GCN/Saturn era. Now I keep my precious games close!
And I’ve way overindulged in Switch games. I think I’m compensating for the beloved games I lost. 😅

I'd probably get that Miku Hatsune themed PS Vita Oled model. Wanted to get that so badly after seeing it when Project Diva F was released on Vita in 2012.
I can't really think of anything else...

DO YOU HEAR ME!?!
I don't have many games that I would really really want, but I would spend it on a 'gaming room'. A big fat tv with links set up for many differents consoles, displays for some stautes and things, and some comfy seating (not gaming chairs, yuck!).
Writing this did make me think of a few games I would need to add to my collection, match fishing and skool daze for the spectrum.
