I opened this thread in 'Other' because this could mean anything...
First spotted by Superannuation earlier today, Activision have registered several domain names for a possible new GoldenEye game: goldeneyereloadedgame.com, goldeneye007gamereloaded.com, goldeneyereloaded007.com, and goldeneye007reloaded.com. All of the above domains were registered by Activision on Friday 24th June, 2011. Despite the different combinations, which leaves the publisher with options before finalizing the game's title, the trade has settled on "GoldenEye 007 Reloaded" as the stand-in moniker. What is far less clear however, is what the game actually is.
If you want to play Goldeneye, just get Goldeneye: Source.
Sean Aaron ~ "The secret is out: I'm really an American cat-girl." Q: How many physicists does it take to change a light bulb? A: Two, one to hold the light bulb, the other to rotate the universe.
Called it! Knowing Activision, they milk ANY series until its death. Also, I am pretty sure GoldenEye wasn't allowed to be remade without Nintendo's word.
Don't forget, the 360 WAS going to get GoldenEye but they had to cancel it because of GoldenEye Wii and it would cause copyright issues.
Whether this will hit Wii, PS3, 360 and 3DS seems to be unclear at the moment.
Goldeneye was awesome. It decided to be a good, fun video game. Lacks a lot of things next gen shooters have, but was actually fun, unlike most of those shooters.

Most shooters are boring, mindless violence, but there are some that are awesome like Team Fortress 2, which is still going strong after almost five years.
