I have. I have a green label copy from when it was 20 dollars. I never could keep interested long enough to make it past the 1st disc though. Maybe there is just something wrong with me lol. Most memorable characters from any RPGs I've ever played except for Super Mario RPG probably.
It's a PSOne Classic so if you buy one, it works for both PS3 and PSP. I'm not sure why it isn't showing on the new integrated PSP store though. You are using the new store right? The PC version of the store has changed too if you are using that, it's called Media One I think. Sorry I can't really help much, I don't have a PSP.
I'm downloading the FF7 trailer on PS3 just for fun, I already have the game on disk.
Wait, if I were to get a PSP, I wouldn't have to buy it twice, I could play it on there and PS3 since I already got it once? If I read that right, that's awesome.
The new store looks awful, by the way. The background is incredibly bright and makes it nearly impossible to read the text, especially in the Video store. What were they thinking?
Yeah you read that right, I'm not sure if you can swap the save files backs and forth though, but that would be awesome. Actually you can put the game on up to 5 PS3's and/or PSP's. [DELETED]
You are right about the store though, the E3 area is near impossible to read with the white on white. I haven't checked the video side.
Edit: After some searching, i found that game sharing might not be legal so I removed it. Also you can transfer the game save files back and forth which rocks.
That's awesome! Another good reason for me to consider PSP Go, it looks like, though I am still itching to have more info on the system's game library.
A friend of mine wants to get a PS3 and steal my PSN content that way, haha, sharing my content on his sytem. I wonder if two people playing Warhawk (or any other online game) could play online together using the same purchased content. It's just a curiosity though; I am under the impression that is not what Sony intended their much looser ownership restrictions for though, so I don't think it'd be ethical. I hate how Nintendo and Microsoft treat digital ownership (especially Nintendo), and I'd hate to punish Sony for actually being thoughtful to its fan base, especially when it is struggling along as it is.
Anyway, FFVII just finished downloading! I am finally ready for 1997.
Enjoy FF7, it's a great game. After watching the trailer and reliving it a bit though the graphics are looking pretty dated. I kinda like the SNES look better.
The graphics on FFVII aren't a problem for me now as a I tried to play it not long ago. Chrono Cross feels more dated to me graphics wise, good game though.
Well, I got up, turned my PSP on again, went to the store... still not there... Thing is you guys say it's up on the PS3 store, is there a possiblity that you're not going to get everything that's avaible from the PS3 store on the PSP store? Sure there's stuff like PS3 only software, but why would they not put all the PS1 games in both stores?
The game says PS3/PSP next to it in the store, so you should be getting it. It did get updated very late, so they may just be behind on the PSP. That's odd.
Alternatively, if you know anyone with a PS3, you could download it through there, I think, onto your PSP.
Hmm... I just checked the web store, and wow, what the heck? You can only see the latest few games. That's very odd. I hope there is some other way that the PSP can access the full store. Why on earth would they do it like that, or is there a link I'm missing to the full library?
That is for buying and transferring games and movies from your PC to your PSP. I haven't downloaded it so I don't know if it's store is up to date or why the PSP and online stores aren't up to date. All I know is the PS3 store is up to date.
Oh, I don't think he announced it for Europe. E3 is watched globally, but it is basically an American event. Are you sure he specified Europe, too?
I've been playing it for the first time this afternoon, and it's pretty neat. So far I'd prefer to be playing a 16-bit FF, but this seems better than the other 3D FF's I've played (can't remember which ones).
No, it's not, unfortunately. Europe actually got quite a bit before we do and some stuff we don't have yet. I'd love to get Dark Mist, for instance, but I don't have a credit card in Europe, so I can't buy stuff from that store.
I didn't know XBLA was the same in Europe. That's quite nice. I know it's different in Japan at least, from what I've heard.
Yeah, even the release games are on the same day too, Wednesday, like today! We got Wolfenstein 3D too. However a few games arn't availble from the European store, such as a Baseball game, and that Freeware Aeris Fighter game. Plus you guys have that cool Netflix thing, we don't. But you'll notice from the Microsoft E3 show that we're going to get Sky TV on the 360, sounds cool but I freaking hate Sky! Knowing my luck they'll charge us a lot for it!
You probably just missed this conversation (might even still be ongoing), but Corbie just warned us we could get banned for cursing, especially the F word, so watch out.
That's a shame you didn't get Aegis Wing. It's a gem of a game, especially considering the lack of a price tag. Even if I had to pay for it, it'd be the first game I'd download if I had a 360.
