If you transfer all data, that includes your old friendcode, your shop inventory, downloaded games and the like as well as every friend on your friendlist.
So no...
The old system however would get a new code, cuz it goes back to default settings.
If you'd have both games, you could see which safari your old one holds and reset it as many times as ya want to get a nice one.

@Goldie oh ok ya I kept both systems and transferred everything over. Both are Zelda systems one is the the 25th Zelda 3DS and the other is the Zelda Link Between Worlds 3DS XL so @kjhshaun my friend code is in my sig add me and I'll add you back
