@AmakouSkye I'll add you as soon as I get somewhere my DS has Wi-Fi! Keep in mind though, Togepi is my 3rd, special Pokemon. This means in order for it to appear in my safari you have to encounter me in the PSS. (I think all you have to do is hit the star 'Nice!' button, and maybe give me an O-Power). If you let me know when you'll be online on the PSS (like an EST time range) I'll plug my DS up and leave it online at that time.
