I just bought One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 on sell on the eshop. I figured with the free Switch 2 upgrade coming out on the 21st i'd go ahead and buy it.
Haven't touched it yet, but I had to get it since it's the closet thing we've got that seems to draw heavy inspiration from the classic Mega Man series that looks descent aside from Gravity Circuit and obviously Mega Man 11. Didn't care for 30XX and all, or Mighty Gunvolt Burst which has really cookie cutter low budget 8-bit visuals. That one screams budget. There's also Berzerk Boy, but it's been getting smacked with pretty mediocre reviews.

I'm really happy with the two "Black Friday" deals I got. I ordered physical copies of Shadow Labyrinth and Pac-Man World 2 RePAC from Amazon for $20 each. I would have considered getting both at $30, but $20 is a bit too good to pass up imo.
I'm also kind of excited because as of right now, I believe that I have 10 or so physical Switch 1 games left on my list. While that number may grow, it's kind of amazing that I have nearly everything I could possibly want for that console. It's a surreal feeling to have as a collector: this peace of knowing that your collection has everything you ever wanted.
Of course, Switch 2 is a different matter entirely, but I don't even own that console yet. Oh well, guess I'll have to find another system on my list to start picking up stuff for. Right now, I'm definitely considering actively picking up stuff for my PlayStation collection, PS4 games I've missed or PS5 games when the price is right.
Sorry. Didn't intend to write a novel.

Amazon deals look better than last year's. Problem is I already own most of what interests me sans Tales of Berseria and Another Crab's Treasure. But I'm not in a hurry to play either.

Bought a new 512gb microSD Express for my Switch 2, it was £80.99 on Amazon UK (currently at a record low of £79.99). https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DTQ35NH6
I'm copying data across off of my launch 256gb card now, and it turns out I had just 55mb of space left on there! Switch 2 screenshots and video clips take up a shocking amount of space, you know.
I just bought the Octopath Traveler games, DQ III remake and Xenoblade 3.
Considering Mario Wonder and Kirby and the Title I always forget (Forgotten/Forsaken World/Ruins) are also Switch 2 games, with the exception of Bowser's Fury, this is every retail game I wanted on Switch 1 outside of the three confirmed upcoming 1st party releases. (and even Octopath 1 and DQ III remake I was uncertain on tbh)
I'm probably going to buy almost nothing except those three games and Mina the Hollower for the next 8+ months.
My most recent purchase, which was yesterday, was Cyberpunk 2077 for the Switch 2. I’ve already beaten it and got the platinum for it on my PS5, but I got a hankering to replay it on the S2 since it’s been touted as an excellent port; to my surprise, it’s incredible. I don’t know how the team managed to pull it off on the system, but they did, and it should be the gold standard from here on out regarding ports. I haven’t tested out docked mode yet—so it should be a testament to how mind blowing it is via handheld, and supposedly better than the Steam Deck version. I hope this will be a good motivation for The Witcher 3 to get a Switch 2 update.
