AVGN 8-Bit from Limited Run Games. As a fan of AVGN I had to get this plus the gameplay from what I have seen reminds me alot of Mega Man. Can't wait for this one to arrive.

I finished that one a few weeks ago. it was a like a 7-7.5/10. Like i was saying before, it was a little on the short side. A couple more stages and bosses would of made it at least similar in length to Mega Man 1, since you're dealing with 6 Robot Master-like bosses instead of 8.
Plus, i hated how you couldn't jump at any time while sliding like you can in MM3-MM6. You have to wait until the slide animation finishes which feels like a step back or downgrade. Plus the jumping feels a little heavy just like it does in other RetroWare titles like Prison City and those other two mobile-looking cheap AVGN games that released back in the earlier 2010's.
Still worth checking out! I mean, you get to face off Against Festerdome, ET in a Turdo' Tunnel, a stage riffing off of Dr. Jeckyl & Mr Hide(Mind you, it's probably the weakest stage in the game) and there's some great music in there. I'm tempting to get the NES Cartridge just to replay this one on a CRT too. But dropping $69.99 (US) + Shipping for a modern 8-bit-something physical indie game, even with an NES Sleeve, Manual & Box seems a bit excessive.
Edit: NM, it's sold out. lol And it's from LRG. Which means you we wont get the physical copy until 2045.
Also, I guess with the NES/cart editions, RetroWare had to scrap the live action cutscenes. Or Maybe they were redone in 8-bit with screen shots & text.
@WaveBoy Yeah the NES versions are Just that NES versions. They of course wont have the FMV cutsceens like the modern consoles have. So I am guessing cutsceens like Ninja Gaiden on NES. I was tempted to get it but without a working NES or NES clone I decided not too.

@Insert_Username Just for a couple of minutes to test it, because finally I got my Castlevania Dominus collection and I can't play anything else, even though I have played those game 100 times each It looks good. The version on the cartridge is 1.5.3 and there is update to 1.5.4. I read that for the Switch there is no support after that so the version 1.6 that adds New Game + will (probably) never be available for the Switch
But I still glad we got a fully playable game with post launch fixes on the cartridge
Today I will get the PS5 copy and see if the 1.6 is printed on the disc
Thanks to the current ACA NEOGEO sales I bought ACA NEOGEO: The Last Blade 2 (which, just like Final Fantasy and Real Bout Fatal Fury Special, is a lie as it isn't THE Last Blade because it's number 2) ACA NEOGEO: Art of Fighting 2.
Hopefully by Saturday I'll be able to get a used copy of Cruis'n Blast and maybe Pac-Man Museum+
I think I'm ready to try the Samurai Shodown series, so while they're on sale on the eShopI bought
Samurai Shodown NEOGEO Collection, which has Samurai Shodown I, II, III, IV, V, V Special and the seemingly never-released V Perfect. And then I got a little angry when I discovered that SNK offered the Atomiswave game Samurai Shodown VI for a limited time and only for the PS4 version of the collection, meaning that the Switch version will never be complete until SNK rectifies it, which I doubt they will since it's been 5 years already.

I've never played any of these games, but I'm familiar with some of its characters (Haomaru, Nakoruru and Mamahaha, Rimururu, Shiki, Earthquake and Genjuro) thanks to the crossovers with Capcom.
