Topic: Your Latest Switch Purchase

I got Sonic Origins when it was on sale. Just the base game though, wasn't sure if the DLC was worth it for me.

@PikminMarioKirby I really do enjoy the WarioWare series. Some games are certainly better than others, but I usually get at least some enjoyment out of each entry I've played. My favorites to date are WarioWare: Gold on 3DS and Smooth Moves on the Wii.

@Yousef- Oh it is just going in the backlog. I just like to clean out my wishlist when I can due to me being at the limit all the time.

@Ryu_Niiyama yeah I used to do that a lot too. Not anymore, either cuz I either already did (my steam wishlist is just old Koei stuff and my Xbox wishlist is just dead rising: DR and dynasty warriors origins) or I’m getting caught up in physical collecting again. Or just try not to spend money on games when I can control it.

@Yousef- Nice. I need an intervention. I thought going digital mostly would make me buy less...that didn't work.

NES World Championships - really loving it. Very well done . I am not as good as I thought I was, though...

@Lazz awesome! Got the physical edition?

@Yousef- No, I picked up the digital version. It was more of a knee-jerk decision this morning. I'm not sure that I need the extra packaging, though it would be really cool. Just don't have the space - and I like having my games available without needing to switch out the cart.

@Lazz I see. I really hope I’d find the physical version in Kuwait. It looks like something I’d foam over as a collector. The actual game, I’m not psyched because I already played some of these games to death especially as a kid or when I was a little younger.

@Yousef- It's a very different experience. I played most of the games as a kid - and adding the stress of speed makes it a blast. Just finished doing 4 player with my kids, very fun. Some of the latter challenges are quite hard. Really happy with it

Grabbed TTYD from QVC's site for $37 plus tax. From GameStop I grabbed Dredge and DQ11 as a part of their used buy 2 get one free sale.

Also bought Mario Tennis Aces. I'm not usually a sports person, but out of all of them I think Soccer and Tennis are the two I can vibe the most with.

Early this week, I picked up Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap on the eshop while on sale. It has aged, but it's a pretty neat metroidvania.

Been enjoying it quite a bit, in spite of my criticisms. It's going to bloody take forever unlocking all of those icons though.

The inclusion of an almost exhaustive list of all NES games is one of the coolest inclusions in any game. It's just a shame that most of the listed games remain unavailable for modern players (outside of "other means").

I really hope the SNES and Game Boy get a similar game in the near future.

And hell, I still want ports of the NES Remix games on Switch.

Alright, so I went out on a limb and bought NWC nes edition. Even though I barely played nes remix, I liked what I played. Hoping this Is also a fun hop in/hop out game like that was for me.

@NintendoByNature I'm actually curious if it is a drop in drop out game... so far all I have seen is people obsessively grinding S-ranks and then running out of content 😆

@FishyS I guess it depends on your personality and what type of gamer you are. For me, I'm sure I'll be a drop in, drop out guy, Which is fine for me.
