just bought Zelda:BOTW and Immortal Fenyx on Amazon. Yes, I know somewhat similar games, but my sons were interested in Immortal Fenyx so I thought I would get it for them for Christmas.

Yeah, I didn't have to exchange cash for those pickups I listed as "trade".

I traded a chunk of my PS Vita collection for those four games.

Does the "trade" mean you got them in a trade?

@AndyD Only superficially similar. Gods and Monsters (can't believe they changed the title!) is more of a traditional open-world Ubisoft game with a stronger narrative focus. There's nothing else that feels and is structured like BotW, as far as I've seen.

This week I bought Megaman 11, Megaman X Legacy Collection 2 and Fox n Forest (an indie game) because it was at $2.99 until yesterday.

last purchase was Pokemon Shield a month ago because i was given a $50 gift card and didn't know what else to get

Went to a pawn store after work and managed to get Civilization for the Switch for £10 and Baldurs gate 1 and 2 enhanced for the switch for £10 haven't touched them yet as I'm kinda obsessed with Yakuza like a dragon right now.

I know the world is having a tough time right now, but today I got some particularly sad news. My order for Sniper Elite v2 has been cancelled.

My Sniper Elite III order hasn't been cancelled yet though, so I hold onto hope that it might still be fulfilled, and if I had to choose just one of the two, I'd have gone with III - always look on the bright side eh?

Went through a Gamestop that is closing down while Christmas shopping. Wasn't shopping for myself, but I couldn't say no to Two Point Hospital for $13. Almost bought Risk of Rain 2 as well, but I had to restrain myself. Remember, self, Christmas is for your kids!

Decided to buy and download Final Fantasy 8 Remastered earlier today.

then next month ill buy and install either Final Fantasy 7 or 9

@Magician I really liked Forgotton Anne. Completed the game, and I rarely complete games. So, that's saying something about the game. I really hope there's going to be a sequel.

@WoomyNNYes How long did you spend on Forgotten Anne? I have it but am yet to try it, but am on a bit of a 'short game' run at the moment.

@gcunit Forgotton Anne took me about 10-11 hours to beat. Usually people beat games a little quicker than me. The NL reviewer said 8-ish hours.
