Not your 3 favourite games but your 3 most hours played Switch games.

Me: Rocket League 120+ Hrs
MK8D 60+ Hrs
Ashphalt 9 Legends 20+ Hrs

1000+ in both Splatoon 2 and The Binding of Isaac. 700+ in Animal Crossing. Don't remember the exact numbers.

Lots of others I've put 100+ hours in too.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (120+HRS)
The Witcher 3 (65+HRS)
Asphalt 9 (425+HRS)

Fire Emblem Three Houses: 625 hours +
Fire Emblem Warriors 475 hours +
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 450 hours +

Warframe - 3,500+ hours (all on PS4 though)
TES V: Skyrim - 400+ hours (mostly on 360, but another 80+ hours on Switch)
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - 120 hours

1) Animal Crossing: New Horizons

All the games I mentioned, I put at least 105 hours in. I put over 300 hours in AC:NH. XD

My top 3 are

Animal Crossing - playing a little bit each day adds up.

Rocket League - A testament to the addictive nature of loot crates. Haven't played it nearly as much since they restructured.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Too many Blades, the completionist in me wanted to do all the sidequests. Sideffect of that is, I played for 100 hours plus, got bored and never saw the ending.

Splatoon 2 - 160+ hours
Super Smash Bros Ultimate - 100+ hours
Animal Crossing: New Horizons - 90+ hours

Honourable mentions: ARMS at 80+ hours and Pokemon Shield and FE Three Houses both at 70+. For the record, I have Breath of the Wild on Wii U, otherwise it would be my second or maybe first most-played Switch game.

Unofficially, I suspect it is BotW, FIFA 18 and Rocket League.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe would be in the top 3 apart from the fact that I stopped playing it cos I wanted to capture some replay footage before it got overwritten, and that was about 2 years ago and I've still not got round to doing it, so I've been playing MK8 on my Wii U instead 🤭
