Topic: Your 2024 gaming resolution plans?

To hopefully clear up my backlog. I REALLY wanna play pikmin 4 and I have to resort to playing the game demo at target stores to tide me over.
OH and also play TTYD remake.

I swore I posted in here at the start of the year - but obviously not.

My gaming resolution was to be less impulsive buying games - and finish the games I have before buying new ones - especially since it just builds the backlog and the old game, or new, likely gets played a bit but not finished.

I reckon I stuck to that about 99% this year. The exception was Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, which, for whatever reason, was played a fair bit until it wasn't.

But the greatest restraint was shown when I was deep in the middle of Twilight Princess on Gamecube (I never finished it when I got it on Wii back in 2006, and never owned it on GC, so I treated myself for my b'day). Echoes of Wisdom released while I was busy playing TP, so I was resolute that I wouldn't crack and buy it until this was done. But, once I finished TP - on the same day, in fact - I went down to the shops and bought Echoes of Wisdom. And it felt like I'd really earned it, haha!

My gaming resolution remains the same next year.
