I think so.... @DenDen; distracted by DQXI S, at the moment If you like the description they provide, it's pretty good, so far, at least at that price
Those 8bitdo controllers look great but no use to me with my Switch Lite!
@MartieChick09
Surge Grips are the best for making a joycon into a controller. Low profile and super comfy, high quality.
As for a case, I just recommend something thin and that has a strap on the spine to carry it easily.
I also recommend an amFilm tempered glass screen protector. Actually it's not a recommendation, it's a must. Protects screen from scratching in dock and when in portable use. Tempered glass is SUPER easy to apply. Line up with scotch tape acting as hinges to keep it aligned. Lift up, peel of plastic, drop down, letting the tape auto-align it for you. Press in a plus sign motion and no bubbles.
Also recommend a Hori kickstand that stores a spare microSD in the kickstand, in case you max out and want to swap between another, itll always be with the system ready to go.
Speaking of which, whatever size microSD you think you need... double or even quadruple it. Trust me. Nearly everyone who said "I'll just go with a 128gb" ended up upgrading to a 256gb a year or two later, and many are now looking into 400-512gb.
I started with 256gb and now have a 1 terabyte card already maxed out. So ya, basically... just buy as much storage as you can afford. Even if you buy physically. There's tons of games that only release on the eShop, and many physical releases have huge updates or a mandatory download for a portion of the game (like 10-15gb download for a physical cart). Dont cheap out on storage.

@JaxonH and @EvilLucario Do you guys have any recommendations for using the joycons longways? As in using them together as one controller but having one in each hand and disconnected from the screen.
@MartieChick09 The Joy-Con grip that comes with the console is just that and there are rounded grips to not make it feel completely flat. I'm not sure of third-party grips, but the one that comes with the console works just fine imo.
Metroid, Xenoblade, EarthBound shill
I run a YouTube/Twitch channel for fun. Check me out if you want to!
Please let me know before you send me a FC request, thanks.
Is Crash Bandicoot Nitro Racing a good racing game? I noticed there seemed to be a lot of "locked" content behind possible online races and some in-game purchases?
@Cotillion One thing I'll definitely be copping is the Square Enix Store-exclusive Switch slime controller
I still remember the one they released for Dragon Quest VIII on the PS2. As far as I'm concerned, its the exact same controller layout as the Slime controller that was released for vanilla DQXI on PS4 when it released in Japan and was brought over to the west, but has the configuration of a Pro Controller
That and the Daemon X Machina Joy-Cons are two accessories I'm definitely eyeing

@Cotillion
The dock is nice (as are the joycon) but the real star of the show is the console itself. I didn't post it before but here's what it looks like. Obviously the front really doesn't have room for any design but the joycon kinda take care of that.
Thankfully you can probably buy docks with custom paint jobs, if you really wanted.
edit @BlueBlur101
I have that Slime controller coming myself, but from Amazon Japan.
Like the DxM joycon but, no gyro is a deal breaker.
What would everyone say would be most likely on a possible NES+SNES Remix port for Switch. A retail boxed copy? Paid, digital only? Or the newest free bonus to NSO subscribers?
