I haven't had to charge my Switch on the go since buying it. just tried it today, and it isn't working with a standard iPhone charging block. Any insights?

@Gorbash333 Was the battery completely depleted? If it was, it won't show that it's charging for a while, you'll just have to leave it for a while (longer of it doesn't have the same grunt as a Switch charging plug).
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
@gcunit No, it was at 51%. It just shows an "X" next to the battery bar.

You'll need something with a bit more ooomph than a standard iPhone charger *

Switch plug states - OUTPUT: 5.0V - 2.6A
iPhone 6 plug states - OUTPUT: 5.0V - 1A
The Switch needs more than double what your phone charger is pushing out. Most electronic stores will be able to sort you out if you need/want another charger.
Probably. I don't claim to be an electonics expert, because I'm not. I just had a similar issue with a tablet device that didn't work with it's own supplied charger after a while, it needed something a little more.
@zitpig This lines up with what I was seeing as well. Thanks so much for confirming. Now I feel more confident in what I'm looking for.
