Technically yes. But you should make sure that your iPhone/Samsung/whatever charger outputs the correct amount of voltage. If it is too low charging will take longer. If too high it could damage your Switch.
I would expect it to be 5 volts which is pretty much the standard for phone/tablet chargers. What matters is the amps, that will determine how quickly (or slowly) your device is charged. For instance looking in my drawer of chargers, the first three I pull out range from 0.75 amps to 1.5 amps to 2.0 amps. The 2.0 amp model will charge your device much quicker than the 0.75 amp version.
The problem is that there are so many dodgy chargers on the market (some flat our lie about how many amps they produce, some are so shoddily constructed that they are fire hazards) that it is becoming increasingly difficult to choose.
Anybody have any recommendations on a charger that walks the line between cheap (for those of us who want to pick up multiples to keep at the office, etc.) and quality?
