@DefHalan Keeping your old console doesn't cost anything. And I'm sure you have the space to keep an extra console around.

@Octane I don't have the space, and it cost money by not selling your system and keeping it working. Also keeping a tv, or getting a tv, that works correctly with the systems.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

@DefHalan That's a terrible excuse. It's costs money to keep everything around in that case. Might as well sell your phone, your car and all your furniture.

Wii U is compatible with HDMI, so no need to keep an "old" TV around. And you can't expect Nintendo to implement an Xbox-like simulated BC for any systems older than the Wii. Still, even if you want to keep everything, at most you need two TVs. Or just one and live with the downgraded visual quality of older games on a flatscreen.

I kinda see DefHalan's point.

Even known I owned many old consoles which I don't considered them old. Its is hard to set them up then put it away for other console then vice versa. We made an plan to have two TV stands for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, SNES, N64, GCN, Wii U, (Wii is in my room), Sega Genesis, HDTV, and CRT TV. CRT TV cost money over times while plugged in so I got an green powerstrip that shut off the power. We literally have an book shelves of games and there are like no more games to put on it. Also buying retro games now a day cost a lot of money since they are in trend. If your console start to break then you have to repair and repairing it may be costly if you can't find the part. Which is why I kinda considering getting Retron products just in case so its be multiple consoles into one to save space and electricity.

This is why I don't mind having Virtual Console because I don't have to worry about physical spaces and also I can just play them on one console instead of switching different consoles.

Umm… Care to have some gravy?
