Hi Guys,

Hopefully someone can help here. I have recently bought a switch console (second hand) and it came with two after market controllers.

These are the type that are like the pro controllers except they do not have a sync button to connect.

I believe there is a button combination that I need to use to be able to connect. Does anyone out there know what it might be?

Please help!

Thank you in advance

You need to go to those controllers site and look at their settings options for connections issues. All the info your giving us is so vague no one is going to be able to help you. Also 3rd party devices don't sync with the Switch without their 3rd party hardware. Maybe you should contract that seller and ask them where happened to the connecting hardware they used to connect to the Switch wasn't included with the purchase.

@Rickling No idea what controllers you've got, but with pro controllers, plug them in with their usb cable and they sync. When I took my pro controller to my friends house, my pro controller would not sync with his Switch until I plugged it in with the usb cable. You can unplug it after it's synced.
