Topic: RWBY: Grimm Eclipse Definitive Edition (And all things from Remnant)

So, yesterday, we got a trailer that RWBY: Grimm Eclipse is being reborn on Switch. And noticing a distinct lack of RWBY threads here, I decided to create this to talk about this game, the upcoming project by Arc System Works and WayForward, and all other things RWBY, including the series. Having said that, I imagine the might become a very spoilerly thread, so beware.

Has any here played the original on Steam? Just so I might know what I'm getting into, as I will very likely be picking this up day one.

My only knowledge of RWBY is Blazblue cross tag battle and I watched a couple of the first episodes. I’ll definitely keep an eye on this game though. It looks pretty cool

I highly recommend the first two volumes (seasons) for first timers. They're incredibly lighthearted with great fight scenes, even if the animation isn't the best. I also love RWBY Chibi, its spinoff.

I've actually never played a hack and slash before, but I'm excited to try it out.
