Mario Kart 8, Arms, Splatoon 2... all 1080p 60fps. I don't get this "in 2017" nonsense. 2017 isn't some magical year where all games suddenly run 1080p 60fps. 2017 is no different than 2016, or 2015, or 2014, or 2013... and will be no different in 2018, or 2019, or 2020.... there are games on all systems that run less than 1080p and/or 30fps. That's all relative. Relative to PS4 Xbox One, yes. Relative to Wii U or 3DS or Vita... no. This is the most powerful portable gaming device ever released and you're complaining about it not having enough power? Games as beautiful as Zelda and Mario Kart and Arms and Splatoon, and you're complaining about it not having enough power? Perhaps you would rather they have just made a straightlaced console without any portability just for the sake of "not being underpowered"... and then nobody would buy it except the diehard fans because it offers nothing new or different aside from Nintendo's own games- Wii U did that and nobody cared. Clearly people want the portability, and as a portable console, if anything, it's *over*powered.
Now you just tell me that Nintendo voice app is best thing ever happened to gaming industry and Switch multiplayer gaming. And that you can't wait for Nintendo to charge you for online. Tell me that Switch don't need VC, tell me you don't need apps on Switch, no need for cloud save and account. I need to buy super mario world on every console I own again and again and thats ok.

This thread was about a game... a game which you made bogus criticisms against, and when those bogus criticisms were debunked you moved on to other bogus criticisms and so on and so on.
Seems to me like you just want to criticize and rile people up, and if one complaint doesn't work you move onto the next. There is a time and place for talking about specific issues with the Switch... but you're just parroting off a checklist of bullet point criticisms pertaining to any and every aspect of the system you can dig up in hopes that one of them sticks.

What concerns me is that Switch eShop is flooded with 20 - 20 years old neo geo games for ridiculous prices, so as many more old iphone games and more of simple graphics indie titles. Where are good old AAA 3rd party games? Where is GTA V?! It still sells like crazy on other platforms. Why they are not coming when Switch is so popular these days?! Answer is: they would run like poop. And developers (and Nintendo ofc) are very aware of that. And AGAIN, console is just 5 months old. Overcooked had frame rate dips that affect gameplay if I'm right. On ps4 it runs stable 30fps and that console is 4 years old. I don't want to pay 20€ for simple game that can't hold even 30fps. Call me stupid.
How it will kip with years to come? With ps5, Xbox two when they come? Who will develop games for Switch then?
I guess we'll see.

But yeah, if we're going to talk about Switch grievances (and some of the mentioned ones are relevant), it'd probably make more sense to do so in the Switch thread itself. We've veered a bit off course from, "this game's resolution and frame-rate are unacceptable" onto "actually, they're not too bad, but here are a load of other issues I have with the Switch in general".
In an attempt to steer things back on topic, what other characters do you think we'll get Rabbid forms of? We have DK. Bowser seems like an obvious candidate, and if we want to stretch things; the Koopalings? Rabbid Wario? Just the thought of a Rabbid Waluigi makes me feel slightly queasy...

I kinda like the new characters, tbh. But the DK fits well. Not sure if we'll see any others, but maybe. Probably be Mario related so, a Yoshi Rabbid perhaps? Dude... that would actually be pretty cool.

@JaxonH I'm totes for real McNeal. Rabbid Yoshi's been a confirmed character since before Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle was even a confirmed game. You can see it (albeit not very well) way back in the original leaked artwork.
The 8 playable characters are Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi, plus their Rabbid counterparts.
Am I the only one who will be exclusively playing a team of Mario, Luigi, Toadstool and Yoshi, and just pretending like the rabbid characters don't exist?
I get that Ubisoft wants to put their characters into the game - and while I am looking forward to playing this game, I can't help but think how much more I'd enjoy it if it was either a straight "Mario Universe" game (Maybe with some original Mario characters created by Ubisoft included, similar what Square Soft did with Mallow and Gino) or "Nintendo Character" title with characters pulled in from multiple Nintendo franchises instead of the Rabbids.
@Canadian_Ronin That's literally impossible. Not only because story missions only allow up to three characters, one of them must be a Rabbid of your choice. Only in co-op can you potentially make a full Mario team, and even then you have to unlock them first in story (plus Yoshi is apparently the last character to be unlocked).
