Hi I have a Nintendo Switch limited edition Animal Crossing New Horizons which I am selling but before I do I need to reset it but I’m worried I will lose the pre installed game. I tried looking it up but I have only seen that all data will be erased

Will resetting remove a factory installed game?

@Lucchese Hmm... that I cannot be sure of. You probably want to contact Nintendo about this before you do anything. That's the best advice I can give.

@Lucchese the pre installed game will be linked to your Nintendo account. Once you reset, the game can be re downloaded again once you sign into your Nintendo account on the same switch or a different switch.
