Topic: Rebuying a game digital

I own botw on a cartridge. But I'm thinking of rebuying it as a digital copy.

Will this affect my saves and dlcs? I would like to continue my adventure on the digital version of the game.

Anyone have any experience on this?

Save data is saved to the system memory, so you can continue where you left off with no problems. DLC will not be affected either.

Your cartridge version must match that of the eShop version, so as long as you are buying both games from the same region, you should not encounter any issues whatsoever.

"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"

Nintendo would be more then willing to sell to you for that but the load/game play will not be noticed by the gamer. You better off use the current setup you have already and put that money towards newer NSW games instead.
