I buy super smash the box say it is middle east and South Asia but the cartridge sticker say it is usa so i should buy the pass from which eshop region 🤔

I’d be inclined to go with the cartridge myself

Apparently that region is NTSC, so United States cartridges are compatible with Middle East/South Asia accounts. This means you can use either a US or ME/SA Nintendo Account to buy the pass.
Edit: But to be safe, using a US account would be a good idea.
