i was peacefully playing and when i was listening to the music i just can't get the fact that this music is coming from a ost of dragon quest IX, and i m not the only one to think that, i m the only one who is troubled by this ?

I think he's trying to say that this part of this song is remarkably similar to a Dragon Quest 9 song. This does vaguely remind me of Dragon Quest so I can see that. Though the idea that that's troubling is hilarious.
