Topic: Overwatch --OT--

Has anyone else found that they're getting trashed since they enabled crossplay?

I picked this up on the Switch and started playing a year ago (finger on the pulse as ever). I was starting to think I was getting pretty good at it; would get the gold for damage 9 times out of 10 I reckon.

But since they enabled cross play I've not won a single game, and have been put well and truly in my place. Completely outclassed in every match - it's getting kind of boring having my face ground into the dirt all day.

Tried turning off crossplay but can't even get a match like that.

@ian_beale With cross play on you are going to get outclassed by PS4 and Xbox players because the game runs better on those consoles. My advice turn cross play off if you are on a Switch.

Yeah I did try that but the result was 15 minutes waiting around in a completely empty skirmish room (despite choosing flex). Maybe in a few months time there'll be a contingent of disaffected Switch players who've switched off crossplay but as of a few days ago its impossible to get a game.

@ian_beale Idk why they thought it was a good idea, Sure its cool if your on an Xbox or ps4, But I don't think no won had ever even asked for it on the switch, Nice way to screw over your switch player base.

@Snatcher They probably just figured might as well included all systems.

@ian_beale Hopefully that will be the case. Either that or just get it on Xbox or PS4.

Is anyone still playing this. I've been meaning to get it, or should I wait till they release overwatch 2.

@Ninfan I actually haven't played this in years. With allnthe changes alot for the worst I just lost interest in this game.
