Topic: NSO+Expansion Pricing

i let my NSO lapse and am interested in getting NSO+Expansion. but i would like to know before making any decision, do i pay 50USD for both, or am i expected to pay 20USD+50USD (total 70USD) to have the expansion stuff?

i dont know what i can add to make it more clear.
