Topic: Not able to play Animal crossing - happy paradise home

Hello everyone ,
I am new to Nintendo and I need help with animal crossing happy paradise home game .

I subscribed to Nintendo online plus expansion pack and I was able to download animal crossing happy home paradise game but when I selected the game to play then it says I need to buy this software es hop and it takes to Nintendo shop menu to buy this game .

PS: I didn’t buy Animal crossing new horizon game .

Let me know how to resolve it . I tried to contact Nintendo support team but no help so far

The Happy Home Paradise expansion is just DLC, you need to buy the base game first. The expansion pass just comes with the DLC, not the base game.

Hi I bought my daughter the happy home expansion pack but the download button won’t allow me to press it so I have also bought the online and expansion pack duo still won’t let me press download but says I’ve purchased could anyone help please

@Daniellegray14 You have to contact Nintendo Support for account issues. This goes beyond what NL users can help with since it's account issues and that is for Nintendo Support. So if you didn't buy the AC game the DLC won't matter since it requires the game to load the DLC.

@Daniellegray14 Sounds like you bought the NSO expansion pack for your daughter first. If that's the case, she'll be able to play the Happy Home Paradise DLC while the expansion pack subscription is active. Hope this helped.

Edit: Maybe it automatically downloaded? That's what it sounds like to me as well.
