Topic: Lego Harry Potter

My daughter is currently playing and enjoying Lego Harry Potter.
But she’s come across a problem, in year 2 after defeating Draco at the dueling club, after the game sequence where Draco gets the snake out and Harry talks to it.
She is the placed back in the dueling hall and can’t get past the locked gate.
We’ve done a couple of walkthrough videos and they all seem to be placed outside the dueling hall after the little video sequence.
I’ve read of this being a clitch of some kind, any advice on what to do ? Other that completely restart ????

@Blakeman1889 If the game has the option to load previous save points, then you could load an earlier save and redo that level/boss. Granted, not all games have this as an option. I don't know if lego harry potter does.

Sometimes a glitch can be cleared by leaving the area/region/level and coming back. But if you come back and you can't replay the boss, then yeah, the only solution would be to start over with a new game, unfortunately.
