Where is it? Game was purchased because of the promise this content would be available soon. Soon? Month after month after month... No word at all. Nothing. This is just plain wrong. Bring it or offer refunds. Not defensible at this point. Dishonest.

Don't know, but I would love to know! I stupidly had no idea it wasn't included at launch and preordered the game. What a waste of money that was!
