Topic: Kirby's Dream Buffet

...I was kinda expecting or hoping for some DLC/content update for Forgotten Land, but whatever. lol

You guys think this'll be a free to play game? Hard to say, doesn't look like it'll be a big game. I just hope the online is decent...because holy crap playing online with Super Clash is a nightmare sometimes.

As I just mentioned in the news post, this looks like 3D World party game edition. Which for me is super great for various preferential reasons.

If this is free it's a day one for me, I think it looks really good.

I could use another Tilt n' Tumble so I'm in.

It will probably be free or like $20/$30.
I'll get it regardless. Looks like fun.

Oki, we finally got a date, the 17th. Dunno why the trailer didn't give us a price, but the site says $14.99 soooo, yeah.

I'm getting this game day 1, I'm sold on it.

Sadly the lag kinda ruins the online for me...should've saw this coming.

@Joeynator3000 It baffles me that Nintendo made Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Splatoon 2 run so perfectly and lag free but can't do the same with their other games

@Joeynator3000 Ah that's a shame, I've only managed to play a few games but mine seem ok (for now lol)

I've really enjoyed what I played so far, mostly just want to collect all the costumes they're so cute!

@DreamlandGem On the topic of those costumes, I'd like to ask you from your play time so far how you'd rate the single player offerings? I'd mostly be on the online side of course but I love multiplayer focused games with damn good single player portions to them as well (Smash being a prime example).

@Fizza Aww thank you so much! I only managed to get an hour-ish playtime so far as I'm working but I've very much enjoyed it single-player! I started off playing against CPU just to get used to the controls/stages, there are multiple difficulty options against them which is great!

I then played some online matches, I got absolutely ruined haha but after a few more matches I finally got the hang of it and won some woo!

You unlock more collectables, costumes and stages the more you play which is a really good thing imo, makes me want to play/win more

It's pretty fast-paced which I enjoy, never felt boring once

Yeah offline with CPUs I can work with, but online...my controls are delayed and I just end up doing horribly. :c

I guess it's at least not as bad as Super Clash or anything, though.

How many stages are in the game?

Huh, I don't know why but I thought this was free to play so I was just nonchalantly cliking away about to download it until the eshop screen asked me how I was gonna pay for it. So now I'm not sure if I want it enough to pay for it.

The game is okay, but I feel it will become very monotone after a short while.
