Yeah, Nintendo kinda just, released the game and forgot about it. I haven't touched it in forever (mainly because I don't have NSO and CPUs all the time gets boring for this game). Could've added more tracks, cosmetics or minigames, modes....anything. :c

Keep it PG-13-ish.
@Joeynator3000 NSO doesn't help when there are no players.
I really liked the concept of this game and for the very brief period of time the game was active it was very fun, but the player base dropped off so quickly and playing against bots isn't as fun. Also, a little variety in mini games would have been a nice addition.
This game was like 10 or 20 bucks at launch? I forget. I remember it being fun for a couple hours, but I also remember a severe lack of variety in the courses.
@rallydefault Yeah, it was cheap ($15 I think in the US) but since it had a free-to-play vibe it had to be somewhat cheap. I probably put in around 10 hours before the multiplayer aspect started to disintegrate; the courses didn't have much variety but there was a lot of interesting competitive challenge during the brief phase (probably like a week or two) when people took the game seriously
This game is on sale at the moment (at least in the UK, until tomorrow) so I think I might nab it. With first-party eShop games you never know if they'll even go on sale again. Maybe there'll be some new players online as a result of the sale, but even if the lobbies are still dead, at £8.99 it's probably worth getting just for offline.
Thank you Nintendo for giving us Donkey Kong Jr Math on Nintendo Music
@AStupidID From what I've seen, you can play offline in two-player splitscreen, four-player local wireless or against the CPU. Doesn't seem to be a story mode or anything though.

@Dogorilla is there an offline cause I keep debating whether get it
The main mode has local up to 4 person co-op as well as online password match with friends.
You can also do the main mode and some other modes offline by yourself or 1 local co-op friend against bots. The bots aren't as fun as real players, especially in the mini game portions, but it's still a little fun.
Note that if you try to play online nowadays it will give up queueing after 1 minute and put you against bots anyways so currently there is no real difference between online and offline mode unless you play a password match with real people.
@FishyS Ah thank you I might have to buy this next time it comes on sale then. Seems like a game they should maybe put on with the NSO expansion pass at this point.
