hi all, just new here with a brand new switch. Beginning first setup, updates, ecc....

I have a question: is it normal joycons rumble has different strenght?

The left blu one is more "powerfull and noisy" than the red right one (this one noticeable "softer"). You can clearly notice the difference when they are out of the consolle, phisically separated between them or connected togheter to the joycon grip.

During normal game activity you don't notice it, but I realized it testing the "find controllers" menu, where you can make them vibrate as long as you want.

thanks for your help. I am little concerned about their proper working....

@zeratul75 Based on your description, perhaps something isn't right. If there is something wrong with your new switch console's joycons, now is the easiest time to fix the problem; You can go back to the store and exchange them for new joycons or a new switch. If you don't correct it now, then you have to deal with sending your joycons to nintendo for repair, which is quite time consuming - taking weeks or months.

Just a heads up, if you keep your console and only change the joycons, the neon red & blue joycons that are sold separately have the colors swapped (left & right), but they are the same colors. It's not a big issue, just wanted to make sure you're aware.

Neon red & blue joycons that come with the console: Left joycon is blue, right joycon is red.
Neon red & blue sold separately: left joycon is red, right joycon is blue.
